We love having dogs to stay and have our own!
As the properties have a stream and a pond and there is livestock all around, we do ask that dogs are kept on a lead and under control at all times in the garden areas.
Please do clean up any surprises they may leave in the garden areas and please do not allow them on furniture and bedding. We can supply a doggie bed, blanket and towels for your four legged friend.
Please do not leave your four legged friend alone in the cottages - even the most well behaved has been known to chew off a chair leg or two!
We have a doggie waste bin available and lots of 'poo bags' too.
Please do let us know at the time of booking if you intend to bring a pet - there may be a small additional charge for cleaning.
Children are very welcome. Please do note that there is a stream and a pond on the property so please do supervise your children at all times.
We have travel cots & high chairs available for small children; just let us know when you book.
Please note that Y Beudy has a mezzanine level which may not be suitable for toddlers.
Children are also welcome to have a go at feeding our chickens!
The garden areas and grounds have seating areas, BBQ's and a summer house for your use. Perfect for enjoying a glass of wine and watching the clear night sky whilst listening to the stream.
All of the cottages have TV and film channels, books and games.
Locally, there are pub's and eateries within four miles and we are happy to pick-up/drop-off if you don't want to drive there or if the weather is bad.
Bangor is just a couple of miles away and has a good selection of eateries and evening entertainment also.
In respect for our other guests, please do keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 11pm and 7am.
We are indeed. The area is just as beautiful in Autumn and Winter as it is in Spring and Summer. All of our cottages are decorated for the festive season also, so why not join us for a traditional Christmas and/or New Year?
Hot chocolate and mulled wine in your warm and cosy cottage after a day out hiking; life doesn't get much better than seeing the snow-capped mountains without the crowds!
Probably just about everything you will need for your stay and more.

In the very near future we hope to offer this facility. In the meantime, there are quite a few local places that offer this. Please do not charge your vehicle via our domestic electricity supply for safety and financial reasons.
All three cottages have WiFi available and it is of a sufficient bandwidth for activities such as streaming films or participating in video calls.
